How It Works
How does this work? ↑
It's three steps: purchase your travel plan, complete a short intake form, and receive your personalized plan within 48 business hours. After checkout, you'll be redirected to the intake form right on this site. Fill it out and you're done — your 48-hour window starts the moment we receive your completed form.
How long does the intake form take? ↑
About 2–3 minutes. It covers your destination, travel dates, family details, budget range, and a few preferences. It's short on purpose.
What should I expect when filling it out? ↑
You'll answer a few simple questions about your dates, budget, family, and travel preferences. The more thoughtful your responses, the better your plan will be. There are no wrong answers — just tell us what your trip actually needs to look like.
What happens if I don't complete the intake form? ↑
We are not able to create your travel plan without a completed intake form. Orders are nonrefundable, and we are not responsible for incomplete submissions. Please complete the form as soon as possible after purchase so your 48-hour window can begin.

How detailed is the itinerary? ↑
Your plan is clear and structured, but not overly rigid. We leave room for flexibility so your trip feels natural, not like a military schedule. Detailed enough to follow; simple enough that you won't feel overwhelmed.
Will I receive multiple options for everything? ↑
No — and that's by design. We make thoughtful decisions for you so you don't have to sort through endless options. We do include a small curated list of additional ideas at the end if you'd like flexibility to swap something out.

Is this a fully custom travel planning service? ↑
Your plan is personalized based on your inputs, but built using a proven structure designed to keep things simple and effective. We are not a full-service concierge. Think of it as a thoughtful, expert recommendation — made specifically for your family and trip.

Scope of Service
Do you book reservations for me? ↑
No. We provide recommendations and links when possible, but all bookings are made by you. Your plan will clearly flag anything that needs to be reserved in advance so you know exactly what to act on.
Can I request changes after I receive my plan? ↑
We offer one small clarification or adjustment if something was genuinely missed from your original intake. Larger changes or entirely new requests require a new plan purchase.
What if my travel plans change? ↑
If your dates, destination, or overall trip structure changes significantly after your plan has been delivered, a new plan will be required. We build each plan specifically for the trip you described.
Will you be available during my trip? ↑
We are not an on-call service during your trip. Your plan is designed to be clear and easy to follow without needing additional support once you're on the road.

How long does it take to receive my plan? ↑
You will receive your travel plan within 48 business hours after submitting your completed intake form.
When does the 48-hour timeline begin? ↑
The timeline begins once your intake form is completed and submitted — not at the time of purchase. If you submit on a Friday afternoon, your 48-hour window begins Monday morning.
Budget & Planning Approach
How do you handle our budget? ↑
We build your plan around the budget range and priorities you share in the intake form, helping you balance value, comfort, and simplicity. We won't recommend things that don't fit what you told us.
Do you guarantee prices or availability? ↑
No. Prices, availability, and hours can change. We recommend booking soon after receiving your plan to lock things in while our recommendations are current.
How much effort is required on my end? ↑
You will still need to book your own reservations and make final decisions — but we simplify exactly what to choose and when, so you don't have to overthink any of it. Fill out the form, receive the plan, and book what we recommend.
Are all recommendations guaranteed? ↑
We provide thoughtful, practical recommendations, but travel involves variables like weather, crowds, and timing that are outside our control. Final experiences depend on factors we can't predict or guarantee.
Orders & Refunds
Are plans refundable? ↑
All plans are nonrefundable once purchased. Each plan is created specifically for your family, dates, and preferences — it can't be repurposed or reused for another customer.
Can I cancel my order? ↑
Because work begins shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please read the "Before You Buy" section before purchasing to make sure this is the right fit.
How can I trust the quality of the plan? ↑
We rely heavily on customer experience and feedback. While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, practical plans that families genuinely enjoy and actually use. Our reputation is built on helping people take trips with confidence and ease — not on selling plans that collect digital dust.
